Shepard Fairey Biography

Shepard Fairey first received attention with the big “André the Giant has a Posse” sticker campaign in 1989 when he was still attending the Rhode Island School of Design. Then he began to build its own brand called “Obey Giant” at this time the title is still his website.

Shepard Fairey was born February 15th 1970 in Charleston, South Carolina. At the age of 14 Shepard Fairey began to get interested in art in the street, he put his image on t-shirts and skateboards.
